Water ingress through rear windscreen, roof luggage bars and other areas. Water collecting within the chassis and not draining away.

As already explained, my car has serious water ingress. The water is coming through the rear windscreen, roof luggage bar fitments and other areas. The water is subsequently building up within the chassis and is not draining away. The result is a large volume of water is sloshing around within the car (but inseen) from the driver's position.

I can understand what the issue is that you have - The water collecting in the chassis is rectified by drilling drain holes - but the main issue is the leaks in the first place... What Im trying to determine is , what has been done to actually stop the leaks / cure them -
