Hello, welcome. My name is Mike, I will do my very best to
assist you with your question.

From what you are describing this is a failure of the steering gear which works with the power steering pump. The steering gear is known to fail on this vehicle and is easily confused with a power steering pump failure.

Dear Mike, some of my friends mechanics suggested that it may be a electrical problem referring to a sensor located at the steering wheel because the steering gear never cause a problem before or a interrupted cable somewhere... Thanks!

This could be the steering angle sensor however these rarely fail on these vehicles however the steering gear does fail on these vehicles. I am also a warranty inspector and have inspected this issue before.

Dear Mike, me again... will a steering rack removed from a A class compatible with my car?

Yes these should match up to be the same as your car .
