Please excuse me for such a late reply- i was on the rmove for a while.

Check the fuses in the driver-side engine bay fusebox. Instrument cluster fuse is 7,5amp in slot 64.
If all of the fuses there are ok, there is a chance that instrument cluster has failed.
In this case it will have to be replaced. In some cases clusters can be repaired- for example:

Thanks - i checked the fuse in slot 64 and it seems to be ok. So looks like a cluster issue.
