You can just use the 30 day trial

I says "This page can't be displayed"

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Are you able to access any webpages at all?

And what is the make and model of the laptop?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The new lapton is a Dell Inspiron and I can get on to other websites. I am carrying on this conversation on the old laptop which is a Dell Vostro 3700

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
ok, very strange that you cannot get onto the two websites I need you to access.

As you just got the computer, it will then be easier to reisntall windows on it.

Can we do this now? I can explain how

Customer: replied 3 years ago.
