I normally receive mail via Microsoft Outlook. Now my mail box is full and I cannot access my mail. What action can be taken?

On typing receive mail I get the reponse "receiving mail" and then the box closes withou giving mail


 


I do not know the edition ofMicrosoft outlook I am using

Can you close outlook

Click Start and type in

outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Press enter and tell me if it now receives mail correctly please.

It looks to me like failure so I do not wish my Visa card used as my problem has not been solved

ok, but it failed Anthony as you never followed my instructions, I waited 2 hours here for the numbers or a response from you.

If you would do them, we would have this fixed by now.
