I have a Microsoft Office 365 Subscription.

When I attempt to open any of the Modules in this package I am told that the package activation is required. When I attempt to activate this package the details that I enter are not accepted.

This only began about three or four days ago. Prior to that when opened one of the modules, for some reason the colour depth is switched from 16 to 7 without any action on my part.

I wonder if you would be able to offer a solution to these problems.
