Several possibilities may exist here, but depending on your operating system you could try to start with a System Restore, before we look at the steps, what operating system are you using please?

There is no photoplus program loaded or PHOTOpLUS x6 ON THE COMPUTER.

Ron, can i just confirm that you have now rolled back to Windows XP from Windows 7 or was it Windows 8?

I have clicked run as admi and I have a form called administrator command prompt
