I am unable to login to my Microsoft Account or change password.I changed my password XXXXX week and nothing works.When i type my e-mail address,[email protected],i get a message saying it dosn't exist.Please can you help. Thank you ,John XXXXXXX

1: when is the last time you successfully logged in?
2: Could you share the mail id?
For security reason JA will block customer mail id, so may type your mail id omitting @ sympol
eg: fiyaz yahoo.com , name hotmail.com etc
