i upgraded windows 8 to window 8.1 and they asked me for my mircosoft code no i didnt have one and when i went on my emails they had sent me a number but when i went back to put the number in it wouldnt accept it and my emails have now frozen. i.m not recieving any and i cant read the ones that are on there .

i cant rember now its been faulty for over a week now.i dont get any message i just cant get any messages. but its not on hotmail its on ntl world and virgin are saying i have to talk to you.i got a code no 1612148 and i tried to put the number in and it wouldnt accept it

yes and we rang virgin and told them and they are saying that its a mircrosoft problem. im sorry if im not very clear but i , not a computor person.

o.k i reset my password and all my messages have come up on virgin medias screen but in my inbox messages there are no messages from the 4th of november and it is saying i,m not signed in to dawn.bunce1ntlworld .com. i cant open the messages and i cant delete them
