GL ITCS :

Hi there, Thanks for dropping by. I really hope I can help you out with your IT issues, quickly and efficiently.

GL ITCS :

Can I please ask what operating system you are using?

JACUSTOMER-y5xctfdn- :

windows 7

GL ITCS :

So when the system boots up, it is the actual log on to the computer that is the issue?

GL ITCS :

and you are logging on with the guest account?

JACUSTOMER-y5xctfdn- :

yes

GL ITCS :

this has just started to happen or has been going on for a while?

JACUSTOMER-y5xctfdn- :

JACUSTOMER-y5xctfdn- :

GL ITCS :

GL ITCS :

There is a possible resolution for you...

JACUSTOMER-y5xctfdn- :

ok

GL ITCS :

Please follow this carefully, I would write it down if you can as the PC will have to restart

JACUSTOMER-y5xctfdn- :

yes

GL ITCS :

1. Restart the PC

GL ITCS :

2.Press F8 at startup for Advanced Boot Options. Select option for "Safe Mode with Command Prompt".

GL ITCS :

3. If you try to log on with the administrator password, leave it blank (which is usually the default setting)

GL ITCS :

See if this will get you into the PC and please then get back to me via the system.

GL ITCS :

OK?

GL ITCS :

Hi, not sure what happened here, but I was in the middle of trying to assist and then I didn't hear back from you and was rated as poor service. This is quite a complex issue and can be quite difficult to resolve, so I need you to carry out various options first. So if you wish to continue please get back to me via this question and please don't raise another one in its stead.
