Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

To do this, please do the following.

In Outlook 2010, Click the File tab.
Click Options.
Click Advanced.

Under Export, click Export.

Click Export to a file, and then click Next.

Click Outlook Data File (.pst), and then click Next.

Select your account

This enables exporting all mail, calendar, contacts, tasks, and notes if available for that account.

Make sure that the Include subfolders check box is selected.

Click Next.

Click Browse to select where you want to save the Outlook Data File (.pst) and to enter a file name. Click OK to continue.

Click Finish.

You will see the PST file created, this contains all your data.

Copy this to the Mac computer.

Then in Outlook 2011

Click File, and then click Import.

Click to select Outlook Data file (.pst or .olm). Click the right arrow Right Arrow to continue.

Select the kind of file that you want to import, and then click the right arrow Right Arrow to continue.

Locate the .pst file we copied to the Mac, and then click Import.
Click Done.

Then your complete, everything is copied over to the new outlook.
