Can you tell me which email service provider Outlook is connecting to?

Can you log in and tell me if you see your missing emails there please.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

unfortunately after I clicked on my talk talk account which I could not access and when closed it I lost you too

I could find no way of getting back to you

I am therefore not at all satisfied and I do not feel that you should charge me the £35

when I found a phonenumber for Microsoft they had no knowledge of you or any record of my contacting them

The name purports to be from Microsoft office but clearly is not

I therefore would like my £35 back However since I was not sure how genuine you are I have cancelled that card which is now going to cause me some inconvenience

Please reply so that we can find a way in which you can reimburse me

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Sure, no need to cancel the card, and over react like this.

I assume you got your problem fixed and don't wish to pay for the solution, thats ok, as we have a trust system here.
