I also phoned XXXXXXXXXXX frequently since yesterday at 4.19p.m. withiut any success. Please help.

https://commerce.microsoft.com

After clicking on that link, you shall be redirected to login page for the Microsoft commerce portal. There you need to enter your Microsoft account (can be your email address ending with @hotmail.com, @live.com, @outlook.com, etc) and your password to access your subscription data.

Thank you for writing back. Yes, you need to click on the link I gave you and that link should redirect you to the login page for the Microsoft commerce portal.

Login using your Microsoft account and there you must be able to see all your billing settings with Microsoft, including your subscriptions which you wish to cancel.
