Hello! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed computer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.I'm sorry about the issue. You are correct that this is a scam. No support company or Microsoft would ever call you for any computer support (you would call them first.) This is a scam in order to get your money. Microsoft has written an article about phone scams: http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx I suggest to do the following: - Click Start->all programs->accessories->system tools->system restore and restore the computer to any date before this issue has occurred, if possible, and restart the computer.- Change your important passwords, such as email password, facebook password, online banking password, etc. if you use.- Do a full scan of your computer with your antivirus/security program.- Call your credit / debit card company and report/cancel the big amount charge. Please let me know if you have any further question. Please be careful with phone scams and email scams.
