Unable to update Outlook calendar and contacts from mobile windows phone on to new Dell desktop computer.

Reloaded wdmc software, deleted the partnerships on the mobile device

and this is via a direct connection, like usb and active sync?

yes active sync works ok on my old computer nut can't use it on MS office 2013

Ok, it is worth a go I think, it may be that this actually isn't supported by M~Soft, which i know sounds crazy

No my broadband and outlook are with bt

did you select "Outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service?

this is the second option when you add a new account

not sure what you mean are you saying there is something I need to set up in the desktop outlook to make WMDC work ?

presumably your contacts and calendar are associated with an email address yes?

yes its the bt address I use but I sometimes get e-mails on the outlook account don't know why

Have reloaded software as suggested using your link but this doesnt appear to be the correct as its for Vista and I have windows 7 professional ?
