Could you please advise the email provider please, i.e. is it Yahoo or Hotmail etc?
I ask because we cannot see the email address in our system, it is blocked by our system by default, so if you can tell me who the provider is that will be a big help with me providing you with advice.
Can you please explain the reason for rating this as bad service without responding at all to my questions - this is what I saw as your question:
