Hi Orazio,

Do you have issue when opening any website? Please try the following:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
  2. Click Start , and then click Control Panel.
  3. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  5. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset. Then click on Close.
  6. Then open Internet Options again.
  7. Then at the box on the right of Home page, then delete anything in it, then in that box, type any website you want, such as yahoo.com then click OK.
  8. Then open Internet Explorer, and check (select default option when prompted.)
    (If needed, go to Internet Options again, and type the website you want, then click OK. Then open Internet Explorer and check.)

Hi Orazio,

If that does not work, please download and install Firefox browser program:

http://www.firefox.com/
, then open Firefox, then go to websites in Firefox, and see if they work fine in Firefox.
Firefox should work faster and more reliable than Internet Explorer.
