2. Can you please go to that website in Internet Explorer (the big 'e' program icon), not Firefox or Chrome, etc.?

am told I have two email addresses but I have no idea of . them or the passwords. Con fusion started after I changed address. The simplest thing to do is uninstall my connection with live mail ans re-install with my present email and password. Your numerous emails I answer to the best of my ability but if I have not the information cannot answer the questions Again could you please uninstall my email and re install it with my current particulars E.
