Can you hold the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys on your keyboard.

Select Start Task Manager if you see this option.

KamilAnwar1 :

Then from under the Processes tab, local wlmail.exe and click end process.

Yes, after you open the Task Manager by holding the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys together.

You need to select wlmail.exe and click end process.

Then open Windows Live Mail again

Select both one by one and click end process.

Hold the Alt key on your keyboard and Press Tab key and check if it is open?

a box came up showing windows mail and then the message appeared again

Hold the Alt key and press TAB continue holding the ALT key but keep pressing TAB key until it selects Windows Live Mail

When it does, release the key.

it just switches from Hp total care advisor to chatting with you

Customer: I have restarted my computer but have lost all

Customer: That just gives me the eircom website with my wrbmsil
Customer: but only goes back to October as well

All the e-mails on the Windows Live Mail should be there on the webmail.

Webmail is the main storage for the e-mails.

I am sorry but if these mails are not there, then they have been deleted either by the server setting or manually.

If you don't mind i would like to give you an advise which is to use Gmail that offers 15 GB storage and peace of mind with mails.

You can move them to folders, keep them and if they are deleted, get them from the trash.
