When I obtained support for you on the 21st I kept getting a message saying someone else had registered my e-mail address, they hadn't but I had registered before. Admin can't see where my payment has gone to you. Can you check to see if you have received it? If not, I'll do what I can to put it right.
If's there's an ID number or something you use with JustAnswer that would be helpful, or you could just contact admin and tell them you are the one if you haven't been paid. My apology for the inconvenience caused.
