I purchasedthe new Office home and student in August 2013 and have been unable to download it onto my laptop. I am not at all computer wise so a friend has reassessed my laptop and advises me that I have a rogue office account on it thus I do not know the character product key number.Can you please erase the rogue account in order that I ccan download the new one I have. I have endeavoured to phone with this request on several occassions but no one has ever been available.Thakyou.
