I am unable to access my email accoun astit isnt recognising

Resolved Question:

I am unable to access my email accoun astit isn't recognising my password. . I have tried changing the password XXXXX the verify number isn't being recognised either. I would like to be able to get back into it without changing the password. Please help.

I have tried to change password XXXXX I keep getting the message that the password XXXXX XXXXX I have tried 3 different passwords. they are the only ones I have?
