Are you able to use your email on the new computer when you go to the website http://web.orange.co.uk/p/communicate/home (or http://email.orange.co.uk) on the new computer?

Please try the following to set up your email in Outlook on your new computer:

  1. Open Outlook 2013 on your new computer.
  2. If it does not show you the account setup prompt, then click on File menu at the top, then click on Add Account, or if needed, do:
    • Click the File tab.
    • In the Info category, click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings in the dropdown.
    • On the Email tab, click New.
  3. Click the Manual setup or additional server types check box, and then click Next. (Also, if prompted, select POP or POP3 (instead of IMAP.)
  4. If prompted, on the Choose Service page, select Internet E-mail, and then click Next.
  5. Under User Information, configure the following settings:
    • In the Your Name box, type your full name (or the name you want people to see when you send email from your email address.)
    • In the Email Address box, type your full freeserve email address.
  6. Under Server Information:
    • In the Account type: option, select POP or POP3.
    • In the Incoming mail server box, type:
      pop.orangehome.co.uk
    • In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type:
      smtp.orangehome.co.uk
  7. Under Logon Information, configure the following settings:
    • In the User Name box, type type your full freeserve email address.
    • In the Password box, type your email password.
    • Click to select the Remember password check box.
  8. Click on Next / Finish.

If it does not work, or if you do not remember your email password, please call 0844(NNN) NNN-NNNN(Broadband, every day 7am-11pm) or 0844(NNN) NNN-NNNN(Any Time, every day 8am-10pm).
