Messages in Outlook Express are readable but unreadable when printed. How do I fix this

Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Windows Explorer.

On the View menu, click Folder Options, and then click the File Types tab.

In the Registered File Types box, click each file type one at a time, and then view the file extension under "File type details."

If the file extension is TMP, click Remove, and then click OK.

Once done, restart the computer and tell me if it now prints correctly please.

Had to click Accessories to find Window Explorer, clicked view but no folder options.

Can you reinstall the printer on the computer please Pat.

Open Printers by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clicking Printers.

Right-click the printer that you want to remove, and then click Delete.

Then restart the computer and install the printer again like you did when you first received it.

Then try printing and let me know the results please.
