purchased Microsoft project professional 2010 from Amazon, need to reinstall, but message says: "office.en-us\office MUI.MSI could not be found" any ideas how to get round this problem?

Are you installing it from a Office Disk? Or downloaded file?

It appears the uninstall did not correctly work.

Download the program Revo Uninstaller from www.revouninstaller.com

You can use the free 30 day trial

Run it and within this uninstall office from the computer.

Once done, restart the computer and try to again install office.

Microsoft office professional 2010 was downloaded, but Microsoft Project 2010 professional is a disk.

it sort of worked, but now the installation code is invalid. I bought through amazon, but cannot get hold of the supplier at the moment. Where do I get a valid installation code from?

If you cannot find this, tomorrow at 9am call Phone Number 0800 -(NNN) NNN-NNNNwhich will put you in contact with the customer service representative and you can then get the code.

I have consistently tried to contact a customer service representative on the number you mentioned in your reply.
The recorded message says they regret the service is busy and try later, I have tried this since 9.00am on Thursday morning without success.
Do you have any other numbers I can contact.
