Hi,

Why is it that I can open and read my e-mails on outlook, but I cannnot reply or e-mail from that account on my works computor.

there are no settings to prevent this, as this a new occurrance.

Im not sure what version of outlook i am using, but i have only had the account 6 months.


 


I do not get any error codes, the computor simply doesnot connect to reply, or forward.


Nor does it connect to compose, so i am unable to reply to emails.


 


i can open and read them.

A program that you install.

Or the Microsoft service which you access via Firefox.

The issue is firefox, and you need to do this to resolve it.

In Firefox,

At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, go over to the Help sub-menu and select Troubleshooting Information.

If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting information page.

Click the Reset Firefox… button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.

To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
Firefox will close and be reset. When it's done, a window will list the information that was imported.

Click Finish and Firefox will open.

You should then be able to forward and reply.
