Which version of IE are you using?
i dont know how can i see it,i tried with propertes but it doesn't say.
do you have the menu File Edit etc then Help?

Under Help you should be able to choose About IE and it will tell you the version
i think it is 9.0
Do you have a Tools menu?
There should be an option to choose compatibility mode
i saw it from instruments and about IE
i am not sure,there is only 3 buttons-home,favorites and instruments on the right
ok try right clicking on the tool bar. you should see the options come up so you can choose menu and activate it. There is many other options as well

now look under Tools and try adding the website to compatibility mode
also we need to allow the website to have permission to use pop ups. So your pop up blocker needs to allow microsoftlearning.com to be added to its allow list.

i think i did set it to compatibility mode and it asked me to download some cleaner for microsoft errors

i am not sure buti don't think it is a zoom issue
Zoom is holding the ctrl button and tapping the plus or minus key

Ok I have a few options here to throw out at you.
We need to install Adobe Flash player
We need to install Silver Lite software
We can reset IE back to the way it was when it was first installed
Once you install flashplayer and silverlight test the website again and see if we resolved the problem
Ok we can try to reset IE and/or you can dowload a standalone player to do your studying with. It is your choice
