Resolved Question:

Office 2012 home & student for 3 PC,s. What if all 3 have been used, but of the pc,s has had to have the hard drive replaced and only has a new operating system and no other software
Is there any way the 3 licence disk can be used to load the software back on to the same PC

I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried to install Office on the PC computer with the new hard drive yet, and see if it works or not?

Do you mean Office 2013 (or 2010, etc.), but not 2012?

Do you still have the office license/product key? Do you still have the Office disk and/or download?

Did you purchase Office in-store or online previously?

It is 2010 Home & student edition


 


Still have disc And product key


 


Discs in liverpool with my relative


 


Not certain where it was purchased


 


And no have not yet tried to reload

Great. Please load Office now if you can; it should work. During installation, if there is issue with Office (online) activation, then select the phone activation option. Full details:
