I cant get into my Outlook e-mail account (hotmail account) When

Resolved Question:

I can't get into my Outlook e-mail account (hotmail account)
When I put in my e-mail address and password, my inbox page is displayed for a fleeting second, but then the system continues to search for other references and stops on a blank page.

Please help!

Once downloaded and installed

then it will open

On the left you will see

User ID and Password XXXXX are numbers

Ok

We need to do a reset of Internet Explorer

To do this

1) Close all open Internet Explorer Windows ( all open Internet windows)
2) Open One Internet Explorer window
3) click the tools or settings Wheel top Right
4) Click Internet options > then the Advanced tab > then Click Reset and Reset again.
5)Close internet Explorer and re-open and see if you still have the Issue


Then test - if you still have an issue then do this

http://www.firefox.com

Download and Install Firefox -

Firefox is a browser like Internet Explorer , But faster and More secure.

Once Installed open Firefox and see if you have the same issue in Firefox
