- Turn the computer on
- Start pressing the F8 key on the top of the keyboard
- At the Boot menu, choose Last Known Good Configuration

Thank you for the update Murray.

Are you able to sign into any of your accounts on the computer?

Try this:

- Turn the computer off
- Remove all usb devices from the computer
- Turn the computer on
- Start pressing the F8 key on the top of the keyboard
- This time choose Safe Mode
- Once the Computer Boots up, attempt to log into your account. If that doesn't work, log into the Administrator account.
- Click the Start Button > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
- Choose to Restore to an earlier time > Click Next.
- Choose a date at least one week before you started experiencing your problem.
- Click NEXT > NEXT > NEXT.
