Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX which store?

And was it on a disk or downloaded?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I think it was Harvey Norman shop in Launceston : 2 disks.

Thanks

If you got it on a disk from a store, the only product code that will work is the one printed on the disk.

You cannot use other product codes (they do this to stop piracy).

In your situation, you either have to find the disks so you can get the correct code to use.

Go back to Harvey Norman and ask if they would provide you a replacement code (it is not common they do, but if you cannot locate the disks you should ask) else if they do not, you would need to purchase a new copy of Office as without the correct code, you are not going to be able to install it sorry.

If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hi,Richard.

I have found the 2 disks but cannot find a 25 digit code on either. I've tried to install them but it still asks for the Activation Code.

It is on the cases the disks came in, or the box they came in on.
