HelloMy name is JamesWelcome to Just AnswerUssally errors Like this are due to a courtpted Mail profile Settting a new Profile up in outlook Ussally solves the issue Close Outlook click Start >control Panel >mail show Profiles > New > Call it outlook1 Enter your email details address Password ***** Servers and Ports Click Next Finesh > on the Mail Tab Box Click the radio Button Always use this Profile and choose Outlook1 re-open Outlook and Let it sync this should solve the issue I Can also do this for you via a Secure Remote connection , Just let me know and i will send you a link to Connect

Although I am an IT worker(!), I had BT talk me through it by phone(!), and still I got problems! It is getting beyond a joke!
