New Computer question to James K. More problems with Outlook.

Customer Question

New Computer question to James K. More problems with Outlook. Six weeks of e-mails seem to have been swallowed up in a "Black hole". If I accidentally deleted them, they should be in "Trash" or "Deleted". They are not. I accessed my server remotely i.e. outside Outlook. Same story- they are not there. This means I must have used up my last chance to change my mind. I did not. So where are they?
