2 days ago I upgraded to Windows 8.1, since then I have had nothing but problems the latest this morning is that a lot of my apps are inaccessible the message I get is that "developer licence has expired".
what do I do

Can you please try this:


1. Open Store by moving pointer to the right side corner.
2. Then Click Settings option.
3. Then go to app updates and sync licence.
4. Check App Update
6. Update all apps .

Then check if the issue is resolved or not
