My e-mails which have operated perfectly for years are no longer attainable because of interference of a Microsoft advert which purports to give me added protection. At 88 years of age i only email my daughters in N Z andKenya plus a few old friends. I've forgotten my password ***** I took out years ago and the whole business is most upsetting. My Microsoft account is in perfect order.

this is getting and complicated. thank you for nothing. I think i should just cancel my microsoft agreement (sorry I left out the word expensive after getting) and call it quits and a lesson learned
