I have backed up the data with a 14gb USB.then I reloaded leaving the old files along with the backup and the fault is still there??????????????

Please dont type in caps
Please do this
Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the F11 key, about once every second, until Recovery Manager opens.
Under I need help immediately , click System Recovery .
select Recover without backing up your files , and then click Next .
Continue to the next step.
Click OK in the warning that appears.
After the system recovery is complete, click Finish to restart the computer. Complete the setup screens and wait until the computer finish

Hi James

I tapped on F11key for ten minutes and nothing happened!

I pressed the start key in search programs and files I typped recovery manager and now everything else is history fault cleared!
