when I switch on my PC and enter my profile password ***** get the message
The user profile service failed the logon
User profile cannot be loaded
I am running Windows 7 which was installed on my PC when I purchased in in 2011
Can you help please

Thanks, ***** ***** on and while it boots, keep tapping the F8 key

you will get advanced menu

choose safe mode from the menu and press enter

Let me know if you are able to start the computer this way

turned it on and kept tapping F8. It continued on to the user profile password ***** then failed with the same message

You should time the F8 correctly else that will not work.

Please shut it down and try that again.

how do i time it correctly? what is the start point?

As soon as you power on, keep tapping F8 key till that menu appears

OK it worked this time, Im in Safe Mode
