ehabtutor :

ok , can we start a remote session so i can see the issue and fix it for you

Customer:

ehabtutor :

to do this please go to the following website: www.join.me

ehabtutor :

then click on the start meeting button

Customer:

ok

ehabtutor :

you will then download a small app. once downloaded, run it and give me the 9 digits that appear infront of you so i can join the session

ehabtutor :

are you facing any difficulties?

Customer:

i am trying to do it. i have to join and pay them?

ehabtutor :

no

ehabtutor :

there is the free version

ehabtutor :

you just need to click the start meeting orange button

ehabtutor :

how are you progressing?

Customer:

yes i have joined up and opened account. now it says enter 9 digit code but does not give

ehabtutor :

did you download the joinme program?

ehabtutor :

so you have it actually installed on your mac?

ehabtutor :

asking you for the 9 digit code is when you are joining a session, on the contrary you should be hosting the session, try to find a start meeting button

Customer:

yes i have opened join me account but it does not give me a code to send you

ehabtutor :

when you go to https://www.join.me/

ehabtutor :

did you click on the start a meeting that is in orange?

ehabtutor :

you just need to click the start meeting that appears in the middle of the page and then it will start downloading the application

Customer:

i am doing it - it won't le the do anything. will log off it and try again

ehabtutor :

this is odd.

ehabtutor :

it should be an easy task to do, used it thousand times, just download the software by clicking the start meeting and then running it

ehabtutor :

let me find an alternative tool, since you are facing difficulties with joinme

ehabtutor :

you can use this one instead.

ehabtutor :

go to the following link here

ehabtutor :

download the first option under team viewer full version - Mac

when done, double click the downloaded file, it will install teamviewer, once done, open it, you will find an ID and a password, give me both so i can join the remote session
