I'm sorry about the issue. First, your email provider must support IMAP, then you would delete the POP3 account in Outlook, then re-set up your email with IMAP option.

What's your Microsoft Office / Outlook version, i.e., 2003, 2007, 2010, etc.?

What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?
