Hi, I received an email from Microsoft billing on 17th august

Resolved Question:

Hi, I received an email from Microsoft billing on 17th august telling me that they were unable to take from my credit card account the amount of £79.00 as my credit card appeared to expired. I was away at this time so could do nothing about it. When I returned I couldn't find a way to contact billing so I left it. My computer then stopped working. I then went to PC World in Torquay and purchase and had installed Microsoft office again.
Since then Microsoft have been into my credit card account and taken the annual premium.
I want to stop this annual taking of premium as I have purchased Microsoft on a one time payment. Who do I talk to.

Hi Pete,

thanks for that but the problem is that I have no idea what my account name(current email address?), password ***** secure information is.

There must be a way to access my account to start the process.

Ok, if you are unsure of the account name then you will need to contact Microsoft support:
