Thanks for using JustAnswer
This is Leela and I will help you with the problem with email today
Can you please let me know which email service you are using
so you are able to check emails on Ipad?
but not on PC windows
If you are able to access emails on IPAD then probably your account is still in your control
what is your email id?
Can you give your email id in the form..
email @ domain name
please give a space before and after @ symbol
Are you receiving emails on this email id on your ipad?
Can you visit the page
And try to login by giving your username as***@******.*** and the password
and see ifyou can login or not
If you can login there then your account is SAFE.. the problem is just on the desktop PC
Were you able to login to your account in the link i gave?
But if you can access via WebMail link I gave then it is problem with PC, we can do a remote session to check it
can you please try and let me know
Wonderful. FEEL SAFE.. your account is SECURE
If you want to check on the Windows Live problem on PC we would need to do a remote session..
If you can check ONLINE that would be fine
what did it say?

can you please try from this link www.bt.com/btmail
please try from the new link i gave
Please try in 15 minutes if there is any problem..
Did you try?

problem with PC
Be assured that your account is SAFE.. How are you trying access Mail from Windows?
which application you are using?
What is the OPERATING system?
I mean Windows 7 or 8 ?
Can you check the configuration on Windows Mail for incoming, outgoing servers?
once the setting are correct you should be able to get the BT emails on desktop also
want to confirm again your account is SAFE
Let me know how things go
All the best
can we do a remote session?
I would recommend try the following.. watch video and try to check configuration
then check the configuration from the link I gave above
Or I can check quickly
I sent you an offer for Remote Desktop Service
if you accept it we can do remote session
otherwise you can try with the video I gave
and the link with configuration for BT mail
You please follow the Video from 4min 50seconds which shows how to configure windows mail with our email service https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C650LuI6KSQ&feature=player_detailpage#t=290
I see you are offline please try and let me know how things go
