I am back and I hope the following information is what you need.

Account Type IMAP

Incoming mail server Mail.btinternet .com 993

Outgoing mail server SMTP Mail.btinternet.com 465

is there a space in your incoming server after btinternet and before .?

no space from what I can see

Please go to control panel, mail, click add
add a new profile called outlook2
then select manually configure server settings, or additional server types
then, click next, select Internet Email and click Next.
Fill in all your information, to setup your account again.
Once it is setup, from the option always use this profile select Outlook2 and click apply/ok.
Then start Outlook and check if issue is resolved.
