Hello my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you.

Microsoft publisher is not an email program so I am a bit confused on your question. Can you please explain who your email provider is, for example is it @gmail.com @outlook.com or something else?

Also exactly how do you normally get your email, what do you click?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Chris

I click on Microsoft Office Outlook2007 but I cannot find any mention anywhere as to who is my email provider. Could it be btinternet.com ?

Expert:  Chris L. replied 3 years ago.
Yes it could be btinternet.

Does your email address you use with outlook end with @btinternet?

Ok so what exactly happens with outlook?
Expert:  Chris L. replied 3 years ago.
You likely either have a misconfigured outlook or damaged outlook install.

If you would like we can keep going back and forth like this or if you prefer I can connect to your computer and try and sort it out for you.

If you want to do that click get extra help, if not simply reply.
