Good morning, I am having problems with my Hotmail account.

Good morning,
I am having problems with my Hotmail account. I can send @mails but I am having problems receive them. My junk mail is getting through!!, I received no @mails for three days but this morning I am receiving @mails into my delete box.
Any ideas on what to do?

  3. Then tell me the 9 digit numbers that it will show in the join.me program.

It seems your computer has issue with downloading / installing programs. Let me provide written instructions for fixing this issue:

1. Go to the website below (and sign in your hotmail account if prompted):

https://blu175.mail.live.com/ol?page=ManageRules

, then make sure there is bad rule / filter there, then delete it.

2. Go to the website below:

https://blu175.mail.live.com/mail/options.aspx

, then click on the option "Email forwarding"
, and make sure the option "Don't forward" is selected, then click on Save.

3. Then send an email message from your yahoo email to your hotmail email, then see if you can receive it at http://www.hotmail.com/
