What do you mean? fill it out. i done this the other day some body like your self made me fill this page out then i filled in what i could he told me that my email had been currupted because i was trying to put my pass word in too many times does that make sense to you?

yeah they did and its been 48 hours almost,

that email ive sent does not work sorry.

Check the spam/junk email folder also. Can you provide more information when submitting the recovery form https://account.live.com/acsr?rollrs=04, so Microsoft can verify that you are the owner of the hotmail account?
For exampel, call your contacts whom you sent email messages to recently for their exact email addresses, and fill out. Thank you
