My Dell 2014 notebook recently collapsed while travelling away

Customer Question

My Dell 2014 notebook recently collapsed while travelling away from home in Ireland. I had it reformatted and reloaded most programs. It runs Windows 8.1 64 bit. It was reloaded with Office 2007 including Word, Excel & Power Point, but I could not locate Outlook (Calendar & Contacts).
Last Friday I purchased MS Outlook 2013, successfully downloaded and updated with my old calendar data from Office 2007.
After restarting my notebook I can no longer locate Outlook 2013 on the Win 8.1 system.
How do I locate Outlook 2013 and put short-cut on my desktop?
Thanks Hilton

After all that when I went to run I got error message "Were sorry, but Outlook has run into an error that is preventing it to run correctly. Outlook will need to be closed as a result. Would you like us to repair it now?"

I have answered 'Yes' three times but error message continues. I have restarted notebook to no avail!
