The new version of itunes which appeared on my PC last Saturday keeps displaying the "must close" panel. When I press "send report" my PC locks up and has to be re-booted.

Ok Lets Roll your system back to before you had an Issue

This will effect no Personal Data or Files only System files

you will lose Nothing

Follow these 5 steps

1 Click the round Start Icon Bottom Left > In the search box type system restore

2 Click the System restore icon

3 Click next A calendar with Dates will load Tick the Box bottom left show more restore points

4 Show Choose a Date when the Machine worked Ok

5 Click next - Click finish

James, tried this, my PC would only roll back to early August. Applied this and computer say "no changes made".

I tunes still shows shut down tell microsoft message. Am not happy to pay any money.
