I haven't received emails since 12th Nov. I keep getting an account recovery notice and they obviously want to send me a verification code. But I only have my email address as verification so can't get the code they're sending me. I also didn't ask for account recovery. The technician I spoke to at Knowhow told me it may be because someone was trying to hack into my account. I don't know if you can help?
