Jason,

I have a MacBook Pro and am using Microsoft Office 2011.

Where should I go instead of the start button?

Cheers,

Karl

My apologies.

Jason,

Sorry about the lag time getting back to you - I have been stressed up the walls since we last spoke.... and only now able to catch my breath.

I think I managed to find one of the problems.

I was thinking why is it all working ok on my iphone and ipad - but not the laptop - so I checked the details on all 3 devices.

On the mobile devices the M account listed my user name as karlwood and my Orion account user name as karl.wood - I added the M account to the laptop (without the . in the user name) and have not encountered the problem since. Perhaps this had something to do with the 2 profiles on the server causing some sort of security trip.

I'm not sure - but it seems to have stopped the ongoing crashing.

HOWEVER - every 10 minutes or so outlook freezes and the spinning wheel comes on 20 seconds so there is obviously still a gremlin in there somewhere.

Hope this makes some sense.

Cheers,

Karl
