Hello

My name is James

Welcome to Just Answer

Are you moving them to the archive file on the left in Outlook
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes,

An automatic box comes up asking me to archive and when I say yes I can never find my emails. The do not show up in the archive folders. I have asked several experienced people to help me.

Can you very simply tell me how to archive emails so that I can access them if needed.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

No.

I would need to do a remote support Session to look at the issue

Ive sent an offer
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have already paid €32 and you have written a few short responses. Very unhappy with this service.

Thats fine ,

as i said with the Limited info supplied a remote support session is really the best way to look at this issue but its your choice
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I am very unhappy.

I will bring this to the attention of my husband in the next day or so and proceed from there.
